Sausage Pasta

- Dried Pasta ( sufficient for 4 people)
- 1 large salami sausage
- 1 large red onion
- 5 oz Mushrooms
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- Pinch of mixed herbs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- A little red wine (the rest is for yourself)

Fry the onion in the olive oil for a few minutes, add the sliced salami, mushrooms, herbs and garlic.

Stir fry for 10mins, then add a little red wine and tinned chopped tomatoes. Simmer for a further 10 min.

In the meantime boil the pasta, then drain. Place pasta in large bowl, add salami mixture over the top and fold in.

Serve with a green salad, tomotoes and some olive bread.
